Perfect white wine, produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes grown on vines with both an easterly and westerly exposure on a calcareous clay marl at a height of about 230-260 m above sea level. Longevity: 2- 3 years.

Grape variety: Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Grigio (20%)

Vinification: Matured in steel vats.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour, intense bouquet with hints of fresh apple and a delicate flavour. Soft and medium finish.

Food pairing: Ideal for accompanying hors d’oeuvres, light first courses, fish and veal in tuna sauce and also excellent as an aperitif.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
