De Sanctis is located in the hilly landscape south of Rome on valuable soils of ancient volcanic origin, which give special mineral and spicy notes. In this mild climate, thanks to the influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the native grape varieties Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano, Bombino and the innovative Cabernet Franc are grown.
De Sanctis uses production techniques that respect the natural life cycles of the plant. In the vineyard they do not use chemical synthesis fertilizers or pesticides, in the cellar they make wine with limited use of sulphites and in the absence of other chemical additives, but only with certified organic wine products.
