Refund Policy

  1. We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. To start a return, you can contact us at info@winemood.ch. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    The return must be sent to Wine Mood GmbH, Via Stöcc da Sura 9, 6818 Melano.

  3. The exercise of the right of return will result in the transformation of the purchase contract into a return relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the consumer.

  4. Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be promptly refunded to the customer.

  5. A deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or an invoice for possible damage, excessive wear and tear of the goods or, if agreed, costs of sending the goods is reserved. No deduction shall be made if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods necessary to ascertain their nature, condition and functionality.

  6. Winemood GmbH may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
