Shipping Policy
Delivery area
We ship throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders of CHF 99 or more.
- Orders below CHF 99: a flat rate of CHF 12.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered by a Swiss carrier. Around 90% of orders arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Receiving your order
As we sell and ship alcohol, you must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The parcel must be received by an adult, and proof of age may be requested on delivery. Please make sure someone of legal age is available to accept it.
Breakage and transport damage
Every bottle is packed with care for transport. Should an item nevertheless arrive damaged, or your order be incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@winemood.ch or +41 43 550 75 13, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
