Vinification: Long maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. 4 months of aging in wood and refinement.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Ample aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes of violet and rose and fine sweet spicy notes. With excellent structure, warm, full and rich in fruity notes.
Food pairing: The grilled sheep meat skewers are a specialty of Abruzzo. But also in principle, the Tenuta Antonini Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is an ideal companion to grilled or roasted meat. Try the red wine from the center of Italy also with a mature, spicy cheese.
