White wine Terre Siciliane IGT is made from nerello mascalese fermented in white and combines freshness of white wine and the structure of red. 

Grape variety: Nerello mascalese

Vinification: Fermentation in white for 12-14 days at 14-18°C. Whole grapes loaded into the press and only the flower must is used for the production. Ageing: 6 months on noble lees in steel, 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: The wine has a deep gold in colour and good texture. On the nose it is very complex with aromas of floral, pineapple and some red berries, the mineral note typical of the volcano's offspring wines and finally notes of honey and dried fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and ample, endowed with good sapidity.

Food pairing: white meat dishes, fish

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 14°C.
