Prestige des Sacres Brut Rosé is a modern and attractive expression of Champagne, distinguished by its rounded lightness and refined balance. With a soft texture and a soothing sensation on the palate, it offers notes of red berries, delicate citrus and floral hints that enhance its charm. Crafted from 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier (of which 15% vinified as red wine), it combines freshness with elegance, making it ideal for refined aperitifs or delicate gastronomic pairings.

Grape variety: Chardonnay (30%), Pinot Noir (30%), Pinot Meunier (40% with 15% vilified in red)

Vinification: The second fermentation is conducted in bottles. Ageing time in cellars: 3 years. Bottle cellaring after disgorging: 6 months. 60% wine from the reference year 40% reserve wines. Dosage: between 9 and 9.5 g/l.

Tasting notes: light salmon pink colour with light, fine perlage. Fruity aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, cherries and plums are complemented by light buttery notes. Smooth, lush and relatively round with mouth-filling mousse and a long, aromatic finish.
