Produced by Piandimare, a winery deeply rooted in Abruzzo’s Colline Teatine hills, this Rosè embodies the region’s commitment to authentic, sustainable winemaking. Piandimare prioritizes sustainable practices, working hand in hand with the land to create wines that reflect their vibrant terroir and Mediterranean soul.

Grape Variety: Montepulciano

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are pressed immediately after picking, with no maceration, ensuring a delicate, bright color. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic freshness. The wine then ages on fine lees for six months, enhancing its complexity and texture.

Tasting Notes: pale pink color. On the nose: a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, banana, pineapple, pear, wild strawberry, and wild cherry. Fresh and elegant with a smooth, pleasant finish, highlighting the wine’s finesse and balance.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, this rosato also pairs beautifully with seafood crudo and Adriatic-style fried fish.

Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C

Awards: Luca Maroni 92/100
