The Ceraudo farm is located within a 17th-century hamlet, nestled in a 60-hectare garden of vineyards, olive groves and citrus orchards that stretch all the way to the sea. The estate includes a Michelin-starred restaurant, rooms with breathtaking views of the hills and a wonderful swimming pool nestled in greenery and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. From an organoleptic point of view, Ceraudo wines are all very elegant and stand out for their complexity, their substantial texture and the persistence of their aromas. Dattilo wine is a strong expression of the territory with great character and structure, persistent, spicy and intense on the nose.

Grape variety: Gaglioppo

Vinification: Harvested by hand, fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, yield per hectare of 50 quintals. Ageing in large wooden barrels for 24 months, 12 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Beautiful ruby red color. Nose: spicy and intense on the nose. Harmoniously. On the palate: strong expression of the territory, a gaglioppo with great character and structure.

Food pairing: fine meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Serve at 16°-18°C

Awards 2015: The Wine Hunter Award Rosso
