Due to its pleasantness this organic wine is perfect as an aperitif. Ductile in combinations, it marries pleasantly with classic cured meats and soft cheeses up to more structured dishes.

Grapes variety: Montepulciano

Vinification: Grapes fermented at low temperatures, maximizing the extraction of the scents and the color, and minimizing the presence of tannis. After the vinification, the wine refines for six months in steel tanks.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby red with violet reflections, strong scents of red fruits on the nose, such as cherry, blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry. Flavor of red fruits in the mouth, with a nice freshness and easy to drink.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif and pairs easily. From the classic cold cuts and cheeses, to fresh pasta or sophisticated dishes.
