This organic wine comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes that grows on the highest wineyards, on hills at 600 mt above sea level. It is charachterized by intense smell of white flowers and white fruits. On the sunny hills of the local area called Polisena, grapes can grow with a perfect microclimate, guaranteed by the mountains on the back. The typical soil, named flysh di Pontida, is a signature of this wine.

Grape variety: 70% Chardonnay; 30% Pinot Grigio

Vinification: ageing 8 months in steel, 1 year in the bottle

Tasting notes:  Bright straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is intense and aromatic, with notes of white fruits and flowers, refreshing notes of green apple and white peach. On the palate it releases a beautiful synergy between freshness and flavor.

Alcohol content: 13% vol. 

Food pairing: cheese and vegetable-based first courses such as pumpkin tortellini, shrimps and zucchini risotto or vegetable tempura.

Serve at  8°-10°C
