Pet-nats or Pétillant Naturel are produced only from typical organic grapes, the content of alcohol is low, only 10,5%, there is no residual sugar, and of course they are bubbly and entertaining. All this makes pet-nat wines great and to be drunk easy as a beer. Tasting notes: veiled straw yellow colour. Aroma of fresh pears, lemons and apple cider. In the mouth light bodied and crisp with a soft fizz and a fruity, fresh and simple palate.

Alcohol content: 10.5% vol.

Food Pairing: perfect with sashimi or tempura appetisers
