An authentic Brut Nature Champagne that reveals the terroir in its purest form. With no added dosage, this cuvée expresses balance, freshness, and precision. Its pale golden robe and fine, lively bubbles introduce a wine of great elegance and clarity, embodying the philosophy of Champagne Prestige des Sacres.

Grape varieties: Traditional Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier (proportions vary depending on the year).

Vinification: First fermentation in stainless steel and 4 years in the bottle to bring texture and aromatic complexity. 6 months ageing after disgorgement. Zero dosage preserves freshness and minerality.

Tasting notes: On the nose, delicate citrus fruits, orchard apple, and fresh almond appear, enriched by nuances of brioche and light floral notes. With aeration, aromas of grapefruit, bergamot, white flowers, and smoky mineral tones emerge. On the palate, it is lively and tense, with a creamy yet precise effervescence. The fruit is pulpy and vibrant, carried by a firm citrus backbone and saline minerality. The mid-palate reflects its terroir of clay, sand, and limestone, offering both crystalline freshness and depth. The finish is clean, long, and elegant, with persistent citrus and subtle toasted notes.

Food pairing: Perfect with oysters, shellfish, sashimi, or scallops. Its pure, mineral character also pairs well with fresh goat cheese, ceviche, and refined vegetable dishes.

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Serving temperature: 8–10°C

Awards: Mundus Vini Gold Medal 2024, Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) Silver Medal 2023
