The Bellini, famous cocktail of Venice in an alcohol free version now!

The project could only come from the third generation, the one that, after the founder and four sons, is now, step by step, entering the full operation of the company, with new ideas. And, if the trend now leads to soft drinks, here comes the Bellini zero alcohol. The new product, which bears the “signature” of Tommaso and Alvise Canella, was presented at Vinitaly 2023. “This is the year of new trends,” explain the Canella brothers, “there is a boom in Italian alcohol-free drinks.

Grape variety: Glera

Vinification: Hence the project of the winery, known worldwide for its Bellini, the aperitif composed of three parts Brut sparkling wine, one part white peach juice and pulp (the peach orchard is right in San Donà) and a few drops of raspberry, which give it its characteristic pink color. Well, after 35 years of production of the famous aperitif, here is the novelty: the non-alcoholic version. The same ingredients, but without the alcoholic part, which is extracted by a process capable of retaining all the aromatic part.

Tasting notes:  A fruity and easygoing drink that pleases both the palate and the eyes. De-alcoholised prosecco and peach complete each other harmoniously, no other aromas or flavors required. 

Pairing: served chilled as aperitif or as a cocktail base. It is gluten free and has no added sugars, low in calories and in alcohol.
