The Grechetto di Todi DOC "Montorsolo" from Cantina Peppucci is made from the Umbrian grape of the same name, grown at high vine density and hand-harvested with careful selection of the best fruit. Grechetto is a variety winning ever more recognition for its contribution to Italian wine.

Vinification: fermentation and ageing in stainless steel, which preserves the aromas and lively freshness.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish reflections; a fruity, floral bouquet of apple, white peach and spring flowers. Full and soft on the palate, lifted by refreshing acidity.

Food pairing: fish starters, shellfish and fritto misto (mixed fried dishes).

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
