Pet-nats (Pétillant Naturel) are produced only from typical organic grapes, the content of alcohol is low (only 10,5%), there is no residual sugar, and of course they are bubbly and entertaining. All this makes pet-nat wines great and to be drunk easy as a beer. Production area: Asolo and Valdobbiadene. Crowncap.

Vinification: bottle refermented unfiltered. Harvest by hand during the first decade of September. Sugar: 0 g/l

Tasting notes: veiled pale rosé colour. Aroma of rose petals, strawberries, cherries, rasperries and pomegranates. In the mouth light-bodied with a fruity, lightly fizzy palate. Fun pink wine. Dry and refreshing.

Alcohol content: 10,5% Vol

Food-Pairing: appetizers, fresh cheeses and fish soup.

Serve at  6-8 °C
