Pet-nats (Pétillant Naturel) are produced only from typical organic grapes, the content of alcohol is low (only 10,5%), there is no residual sugar, and of course they are bubbly and entertaining. All this makes pet-nat wines great and to be drunk easy as a beer. Production area: Asolo and Valdobbiadene. Vinification: bottle refermented unfiltered. Harvest by hand during the first ten days of September. Sugar: 0 g/l

Tasting notes: veiled straw yellow colour. Aroma of fresh pears, lemons and apple cider. In the mouth light bodied and crisp with a soft fizz and a fruity, fresh and simple palate.

Alcohol content: 10,5% Vol.

Food Pairing: perfect with sashimi or tempura appetizers

Serve at  6-8 °C
