This wine is a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. It’s true to the grapes and releases mineral notes and intense tropical aromas. It’s sapid and round with full persistency.

Vinification: White method, at controlled temperature with 6 months in stainless steel vat

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with slightly golden highlights. Aromas of newly ripened fruit. Full- avoured, enveloping with good persistence

Food pairing: cream cheese, poultry and white meats.

Alcohol content: 13.5 %

Serve at 10°-12°C
