The Ceraudo estate is located in Calabria, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and citrus trees stretching towards the Ionian Sea. The family-run winery is known for its elegant organic wines, produced with deep respect for nature, terroir and tradition. Alongside the winery, the estate also includes the Michelin-starred Dattilo restaurant and a beautiful relais immersed in Mediterranean nature.

Imyr is a sophisticated expression of Chardonnay with a distinctly Mediterranean soul. Rich, elegant and beautifully balanced, it combines freshness with texture and complexity, reflecting both the Calabrian climate and the proximity of the sea. 

Grape variety: Chardonnay

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes, partly picked during the night to preserve freshness. Natural vinification with fermentation and ageing in French oak barriques, followed by further bottle refinement. Certified organic production. 

Tasting notes: Brilliant golden straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and elegant, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, exotic fruit, vanilla, toasted nuts and delicate smoky notes. On the palate, it is fresh yet round and creamy, with excellent structure, balanced acidity and a long savoury finish with hints of almond. 

Food pairing: grilled fish, seafood, white meats, creamy pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
