Grape variety: verdicchio 100 %

The grapes come from organic cultivation of about 8 hectares of vineyards in the production area of Verdicchio di Matelica doc. The land is farmed according to the principles of organic farming. 

Vinification: 

The must begins the fermentation process in concrete tanks, at the end of this phase the wine is poured into steel containers, located in the cellar. After at least 6-7 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine is slightly stabilized and filtered.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour. Nose: floral and fruity aromas. On the palate: good structure, fresh and tasty in the mouth.

Food pairing: risotto with vegetables or seafood

Alcohol content: 13 % 

Serve at 10°-12°C
