The uniqueness of Terlano's terroir is really special. Almost 3 hectares of organic vineyards accompany the grapes with precise and patient manual processing until harvest, trying to achieve a natural balance with targeted and simple interventions. The goal of the winery is to create unique and exciting wines that reflect the typical characteristics of the Terlano terroir: lively, vertical, brilliant, mineral and long-lasting wines.

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: Steel tank 9 months, barrique 12 months, bottle 5 months

Tasting notes: Luminous golden yellow colour. Nose: Floreal with hints of tropical fruits and apples and notes of yeast. Elegant on the palate, quite lively, with a long finish.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Food pairing: Apéro, seafood, fish dishes and poultry

Serve at 10°-12°C
