A fresh, aromatic blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco from the countryside near Rome. The grapes here give an authentic character, with mineral notes and intense tropical aromas — sapid and round, with good persistence.

Vinification: vinified as a white at controlled temperature, with 6 months in stainless steel.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with slightly golden highlights. Aromas of freshly ripened fruit. Full-flavoured and enveloping, with good persistence and mineral notes on a medium-long finish.

Food pairing: cream cheese, poultry and white meats.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
