Sangiovese is perfectly expressed in this wine. Crafted with passion and expertise, this exquisite wine is the embodiment of elegance and the essence of Tuscany's winemaking heritage. Only organic fertilizers are used in the production.
Grape variety: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: Manual harvest. After a brief maceration in a steel tank, the must is separated from the skins. The fermentation follows, keeping the temperature below 20°C.
Tasting notes: Bright pink. Fresh and fruity. On the palate: balanced, supported by a good acidity and a persistent finish.
Food pairing: Goes well with aperitifs, seafood, fish dishes and poultry.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Serving temperture: 12-14°C
