The wines of "Ciù Ciù" are the authentic expression of the commitment and winemaking tradition of the estate, the result of research and quality-consciousness both in the vineyard and the winery, as well as a natural, unique, and irreplaceable quality ecosystem for viticulture with "terroir". This wine is fruit of a particular work that as a result shows the whole aromatic quality of the grapes that compose this wine: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc.

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon 

Vinification: in white, at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: straw yellow with copper tones, it shows intense aromas of fresh, ripe stone fruits; fragrant, soft, with crisp acidity and fruity on the palate. A fresh, pleasant, soft wine with a light sour taste in the finish.

Food pairing: Aperitif, seafood, fish dishes

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
