Pet-nats, or Pétillant Naturel, are produced only from organic grapes typical of this area. The alcohol is low — just 10.5% — there is no residual sugar, and of course they are bubbly and fun. All this makes pet-nat wines great and as easy to drink as a beer. Production area: Asolo and Valdobbiadene. Crown cap.

Vinification: bottle-refermented, unfiltered. Hand-harvested during the first ten days of September. Sugar: 0 g/l

Tasting notes: veiled pale rosé colour. Aromas of rose petals, strawberries, cherries, raspberries and pomegranate. Light-bodied in the mouth, with a fruity, lightly fizzy palate. A fun pink wine — dry and refreshing.

Alcohol content: 10.5% vol.

Food pairing: appetisers, fresh cheeses and fish soup.
