Pet-nats, or Pétillant Naturel, are produced only from typical organic grapes. The alcohol is low — just 10.5% — there is no residual sugar, and of course they are bubbly and fun. All this makes pet-nat wines great and as easy to drink as a beer. Production area: Asolo and Valdobbiadene. Crown cap.

Vinification: bottle-refermented, unfiltered. Hand-harvested during the first ten days of September. Sugar: 0 g/l

Tasting notes: veiled straw-yellow colour. Aromas of fresh pears, lemon and apple cider. Light-bodied and crisp in the mouth, with a soft fizz and a fruity, fresh, uncomplicated palate.

Alcohol content: 10.5% vol.

Food pairing: perfect with sashimi or tempura appetisers.
