The wines of "Ciù Ciù" are the authentic expression of the commitment and winemaking tradition of the estate, the result of research and quality-consciousness both in the vineyard and the winery, as well as a natural, unique, and irreplaceable quality ecosystem for viticulture with "terroir". This wine is the result of harsh work and tradition of organic farm and is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Barbera in equal proportions.

Grape variety: Sangiovese, Merlot, Barbera

Vinification: Traditional in stainless steel vats, ageing 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes: a simple and strong product, but light and harmonious to the palate. Warm purple coloured with ruby shades, it has a cherry and red fruits’ scent. Flavour harmonious with a long after taste.

Food pairing: Goes well with roasted or red meat dishes, pasta, hot chestnuts and subtle cheeses.

Alcohol content: 15% vol.
