Crafted in the heart of the UNESCO-recognized hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, this Millesimato Brut represents the pinnacle of Prosecco Superiore. A single-vintage expression, it captures the elegance and finesse of one of Italy’s most celebrated sparkling wine regions.

Grape Variety: 100% Glera, hand-harvested from steep hillside vineyards to preserve the purity and aromatic character of the fruit.

Vinification: Following gentle pressing, fermentation begins at a cool 15°C with selected yeasts. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Charmat method, allowing for a slow, controlled sparkling process that enhances freshness, finesse, and aromatic expression.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, delicate notes of green apple, ripe pear, wisteria, and white flowers unfold with freshness. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, offering a silky texture, vibrant fruit, and a clean, savory finish that lingers beautifully.

Food Pairing: An excellent choice for refined pairings, this Prosecco shines with raw seafood such as red prawns and oysters, as well as sushi, sashimi, aged cheeses, and artisanal cured meats like Iberico lard.

Alcohol Content: 11% vol.

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C

Awards: Berliner Wine Trophy Silver Medal
