The uniqueness of the Terlano terroir really is something special. Almost 3 hectares of organic vineyards are tended by hand — precise and patient work through to harvest, seeking a natural balance with targeted, simple interventions. The winery's goal is to create distinctive, exciting wines that reflect the typical Terlano character: lively, vertical, bright, mineral and long-lived.

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: 9 months in steel tank, 12 months in barrique, 5 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Luminous golden yellow. Floral on the nose, with hints of tropical fruit, apple and a touch of yeast. Elegant and lively on the palate, with a long finish.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Food pairing: aperitif, seafood, fish dishes and poultry.

Serve at 10–12°C.
