Since 2000, Tosca has followed organic values, gently reflected in their wines. The DOC Valcalepio red and white play a huge role in Tosca's winemaking, along with the Riserva. DOC Terre del Colleoni is Tosca's new farm wine production; the wines from this area have a strong personality, while the IGT Bergamasca offers a golden showcase of the viticulture and wine tradition of the Bergamo province. This Riesling is a fresh wine with plenty of minerality and great sapidity on the finish.

Grape variety: Riesling 100%

Vinification: 6 months' refinement in steel vats.

Tasting notes: straw yellow with green reflections. The limestone soil expresses itself very well on the palate. The aromas are fine and elegant. Very fresh and mineral, with excellent persistence.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Food pairing: sushi, fish dishes, especially shrimp.

Serve at 8–10°C
