Incrocio Manzoni was created by Prof. Manzoni at the Conegliano wine school in the 1930s, from a crossing of Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano. The pale yellow colour, with greenish reflections, matches the light, aromatic taste perfectly. Its well-rounded flavour and sapidity highlight its personality and structure.
Grape variety: Incrocio Manzoni 100%
Vinification: 6 months' refinement in stainless steel.
Tasting notes: straw yellow with green reflections. Aromatic and crisp on the nose — notes of peach, acacia blossom and lemon. Fresh and spicy on the palate, with a good, long-lasting finish.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Food pairing: perfect as an aperitivo with cheese and cured meats, risotto and vegetable quiche.
Serve at 8–10°C
