The success of the youngest "wine child" from the San Guido house is impressive. The smooth wine seduces with notes of dark cherries and berries, fine-grained tannins and a hint of chocolate.

Grape variety: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Sangiovese

Vinification: After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine then matures for twelve months in French and American barriques.

Tasting notes: Ruby red. Complex nose with notes of dark cherries and berries, some chocolate, floral tones and toasted nuances. Very supple on the palate, aromas of sour cherries and Mediterranean herbs as well as fine-grained, well-integrated tannins. Medium length, soft and juicy finish.

Food pairing: Goes perfectly with a plate of pasta al pomodoro. Don't forget to add olive oil.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Serve at 16-18°C
