Grape variety: Passerina 100%

Vinification: Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Yellow colour with greenish notes. Persistent and fruity aroma, with citrus notes. Good structure, excellent freshness, full and intense flavor. Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence.

Food pairing: Passerina is an ideal aperitif. But it is also a perfect choice with a risotto or roasted fish, as well as with sushi or sashimi.
