Prestige des Sacres Brut Prestige is the emblematic cuvée of the house, crafted with precision and tradition. A harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it offers delicate notes of citrus, white flowers and brioche, supported by a fine and persistent mousse. Elegant and versatile, it is a Champagne that expresses both freshness and depth, making it perfect for refined aperitifs and celebratory occasions

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir

Vinification: 60% of wine from the reference year, 40% of reserved wine are used by production. Ageing time in cellar: 4 years; bottle rest time after disgorging 6 months. Dosage: between 9 and 9.5 g/l.

Tasting notes: Brut Prestige has a pale golden robe. Its elegant, regular effervescence gives a beautiful stream of bubbles. The first nose immediately offers biscuit and fruity flavours (pear and plum). A fresh and sparkling attack, followed by a beautiful depth giving a creamy sensation on the palate. The finish is appetizing, complex and long with a tart sensation and very refreshing notes, characteristic of the terroir.

Food pairing: as an aperitif with delicate little canapés or cheese stick. With a meal it is an ideal partner for white meat or light creamy cheeses. 

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
