Giorgio Meletti Cavallari is a young winery from the Tyrrhenian coast, within one of the most famous Italian wine areas in Tuscany, the DOC Bolgheri. This cru Impronte comes from the particular Piastraia vineyard. It is a wine that expresses a perfect balance between strength and elegance.

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%

Vinification: cold maceration for 24/36 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Refinement: 14 months in barrique and 12 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: deep ruby ​​red color, intense bouquet with aromas ranging from small red fruits to mint and liquorice, good minerality. In the mouth it is complex, full-bodied, soft with aromatic tannins and balanced acidity.
