The Aosta Valley is Italy's smallest wine region, but it has a great history. This Torrette — 70% Petit Rouge — brings that tradition and terroir beautifully into the glass.

Grape variety: 70% Petit Rouge, 20% Cornalin, 10% Fumin

Vinification: aged 12 months in barrique; bottled unfiltered.

Tasting notes: Luminous ruby red. The nose offers ripe red fruit slowly opening to spice. Dry, velvety and full-bodied on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and excellent balance.

Food pairing: meat dishes and game.

Alcohol content: 15% vol.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
