The deep affection for the Loire has led to the creation of this wine. The inspiration is evident and easily identifiable since Ferox aims to becoming a great Sauvignon. Henri’s idea is clear: to speak of one’s palate through this truly unusual wine, paying homage to a beloved land with a bottle of profound class.

Grapes variety: Sauvignon blanc

Vinification: Maceration on the shells for 10 days. Aged for 8/9 months in old barriques.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour. Intense fruity notes of peach and banana, but also tomato leaves. In the mouth it is full, round and persistent.

Food pairing: Pike-perch and mango tartar

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
