Onde is a high-quality rosé where ripe fruit, minerality and structure are in harmony. The nose opens with an intense aroma of black cherry and strawberry, floral hints of lime and a herbal note of mint.

Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc

Vinification: after careful selection of the Cabernet Franc grapes, this rosé ferments in steel at controlled temperature for about 15–20 days, followed by 5 months in steel on the fine lees and a further 2 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Pale pink with orange reflections. Red fruit — black cherry and strawberry — with floral hints of lime and balsamic mint. Very soft and elegant on the palate, with lively acidity, a full flavour and good length.

Food pairing: oily fish, vegetables, risotto with raspberry and red prawn, pasta.

Alcohol content: 16% vol.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
