This wine is produced in the hilly territory of the Ascoli Piceno province, around 300 metres above sea level. The native varieties Pecorino and Passerina are joined by Trebbiano, which also shapes this wine — fresh and fruity, it can be enjoyed just a few months after the harvest.
Grape variety: Passerina, Pecorino, Trebbiano
Vinification: vinified as a white, at controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: delicate straw-yellow colour with green shades that underline its light acidity and freshness. The bouquet is sweet, with scents of fruit and white flowers. The taste is fresh and slightly bitter.
Food pairing: seafood-based aperitifs and starters.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C
