Vinification: manual harvest; vinified as a white at controlled temperature. Ready to drink in the spring after the harvest.

Tasting notes: A vivid straw yellow in the glass. The bouquet unfolds floral notes and tropical fruit; full-bodied and fresh on the palate, with good structure and a pleasant almond finish typical of the grape.

Food pairing: appetizers, light vegetable dishes, pizza and pasta.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
