Sicialian variation of Bellini cocktail.
The Ciaculli park represents a small agricultural oasis just outside the walls of Palermo. An area bounded not only by the city, but also by the sea and the mountain system of Monte Grifone. Here, a group of 90 farms, in 1999 created the Consorzio del Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli, for the protection and enhancement of this precious Slow Food presidium. Its name derives from the Palermo village where it originates and where it represents about 80% of the cultivated varieties. The late term, on the other hand, refers to the ripening period which can last until March. Among its characteristics, in addition to the absolute naturalness, the strong aroma, the good sugar content and the particularly thin skin. As it is rightly defined, a unique and unmistakable mandarin.

Grape variety: Glera

Vinification: Three parts of sparkling wine and one part of Sicilian mandarin juice from the Tardivo di Ciaculli consortium, Slow Food presidium. The strong scent, the sugar content, the thin skin, the presence of the seed, make the Tardivo di Ciaculli a unique and unmistakable mandarin.

Tasting notes: The ingredients are simple but the result is definitely surprising. Fresh, light and fragrant aperitif, Puccini Canella should be served chilled, even iced.

Pairing: it is a fresh, light and very fragrant aperitif to be enjoyed very cold and if possible with ice. It is gluten free and has no added sugars, low in calories and in alcohol.

Alcohol content: 5% vol.

Serve at 8-10°C
