Grape variety: Pinot Noir

Vinification: the grapes are hand-harvested into small crates and gently pressed, keeping the free-run must away from the skins. The bubbles form naturally through a second fermentation in stainless steel, giving a frizzante with bright, primary fruit.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow. Fruity, fragrant and harmonious on the nose. Fresh and well-rounded on the palate, with floral notes and lively acidity.

Food pairing: sausages, salami, aged and semi-hard cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
