This Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Nero DOC elegantly expresses the gentle portrait of the Pinot Noir grape. The Bisi family vinifies the "Calonga" by aging in wood for about 12 months, which enriches and harmonizes the product, making it complete and very pleasant.

Grape variety: Pinot Noir 

Vinification: wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes only. The grapes are hand-harvested in small boxes with carefully selection of the best ones. The must soaks with the skins in stainless-steel vats. Finally, the wine ages for 12 months in barriques.

Tasting notes: medium deep ruby red colour. Elegant nose with notes of ripe wild fruits, like raspberry, currant and blackberry. Harmonious and pleasant on palate.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
