Vinification: traditional with peels. Refinement: 6 months in stainless steel vats. 18 months wooden barrels (barriques).

Tasting notes: Slightly garnet red wine, intense aroma, intense tertiary and red jam, persistent and aromatic in the mouth with perfectly balanced tannins and minerality. Authentic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.

Food pairing: aged cheese, meats, game and stews.
