Crafted in the heart of the Prosecco DOC region near Treviso, this Prosecco Brut represents the perfect balance between La Marca’s winemaking tradition and the vibrant character of the Glera grape. It captures the essence of Northern Italy’s sparkling wine heritage. This Brut version expresses La Marca’s approachable elegance—ideal for aperitifs, celebrations, or as a refreshing addition to everyday meals.

Grape Variety: 100% Glera, gently pressed to preserve the purity and fresh aromatic qualities of the grape.

Vinification: After gentle pressing, fermentation begins at a cool 15 °C with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, ensuring a controlled sparkle and clear aromatic profile.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent bead. Bright aromas of citrus (green apple, lemon), white peach, quince, rose, and a hint of crusty bread. On the palate: fresh, silky, and well-balanced, with vibrant fruit notes of apple, peach, and grapefruit, supported by a touch of minerality and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: With its elegant yet lively profile, this Prosecco Brut pairs beautifully with shellfish, crustaceans, sushi, sashimi, as well as chicken canapés, vegetable focaccia, and quinoa arancini.
