Integrale is a small, passionate winery located in the Treviso area of Italy, dedicated to sustainable viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking. With a focus on PIWI grape varieties, which are naturally resistant to fungal diseases, Integrale reduces the need for chemicals, aligning with their organic philosophy.

Grape Variety: A blend of red-berried grapes from disease-resistant (PIWI) varieties, carefully selected for their ability to thrive with minimal treatments and fully express the unique terroir of Treviso.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested in the first ten days of September, then gently pressed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by extended aging on the lees to develop complexity and texture. The wine is naturally clarified through static decantation—no filtration is used—preserving its authentic character.

Tasting notes: Bright ruby red color. On the nose: Inviting aromas of red fruits, especially cherry and strawberry. Palate: Smooth tannins balanced by lively acidity, creating a refreshing and juicy mouthfeel.

Food pairing: Perfect with aperitifs, charcuterie boards, or first courses featuring meat-based sauces—an ideal companion for relaxed gatherings or hearty dinners.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C
