Giuseppe Gorelli, oenologist and consultant, 2017 decided to found a new company in Montalcino. In this part of the Tuscan landscape Sangiovese expresses its best qualities. Giuseppe Gorelli is always committed to conduct both the vineyards and the vinifications, which take place in a traditional way and with spontaneous fermentations. Most of the grapes are fermented in 50 hectoliters wooden vats / barrels. Subsequently, the refinement takes place in medium / large capacity wooden barrels (16/35 hl.).
