Grape variety: Lagrein, Teroldego
Vinification: the grapes, harvested manually and selectively, are vinified separately in red. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 8-12 days, at a controlled temperature of 26/28 ° and the wine matures only in steel. Followed by the blend of the two wines and bottle aging for a few months.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red color. The nose is fruity and fresh, with light spicy notes. The taste is also fresh, rich, soft, savory and with a good persistence.
Food pairing: Cimbro is a cuveé to be consumed throughout the meal, with cold cuts, with juicy first courses or delicate soups, with red and white meats and, given its freshness, also excellent between meals.
