Very aromatic and intense Traminer from Villa Corniole from the vineyards located in the Cembra Valley, on the terraces best exposed to the sun.

Grape variety: Gewürztraminer 100% (Aromatic Traminer)

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually and selectively. The fermentation at a controlled temperature and the refinement for a few months take place in stainless steel tanks. Following further refinement in the bottle for a few months.

Tasting notes: deep straw yellow color. The nose has intense floral and fruity hints of great complexity and elegance. The taste is very balanced, not particularly sweet but dry as it is representative of the production area, soft and very persistent.

Food pairing: as an aperitif, in combination with various appetizers or canapés filled with tasty cheeses. Goose liver pate or raw fish. It goes well with shellfish, asparagus and spicy first courses.

Alcohol content: 13 % vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C
