Screw cap

A fresh wine with a lot of minerality, great sapidity at the end. A nice straw yellow colour.  

Grape variety: Riesling 100%

Vinification: refinement for 6 months in steel vats.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with green reflections. The limestone of the soil is very well expressed on the palate. The aromas are fine and elegant. Very fresh and mineral with excellent persistence.

Alcohol content: 12 % vol. 

Food pairing: sushi, fish dishes, especially shrimps.

Serve at  8°-10°C
